Centro Erre Srl has always been a holding company, investing in Plastic Processing Machinery companies and Real Estates.
In 1998 with an initial purchase of 10% of the company shares, a new young director joined forces with an older director, to push and steer Centro Erre activities toward manufacturing, investing in high end machinery for co-injection molding and structural foaming.

In 1999 it was signed the first agreement for sub-contracting the supply of 30,000 folding chairs to the US market. The deal was to come up with a plastic chair that could be aesthetically similar to wedding woods, without the limitations and problems of the woods. The results was so astonishing that an entire market was shaken upside down.

Between 2000 and 2004 additional sub-contracting agreements were signed in order to supply the US market with new resin “clones” of old traditional looking woods, in order to penetrate higher ends and lower ends of the market.
The word “Clones” is limited to the aesthetics of the chairs, as the technology and the material used to manufacture CR chairs are the most advanced on the market. Special Events Chairs manufactured by CR were said to be the N.1 in terms of quality and reliability since the beginning. Recently CR became the N.1 not only for quality, but also for quantity of Special Events Chairs manufactured for the US market.
CR sales efforts are mostly directed to subcontracting to the USA, focusing on Rental, and Special Events Chairs for Catering, Hotel and Resorts.
